Summer is here and vacation is just around the corner.  We are happy that we had the opportunity to finally meet many of you at the AML pub with topic cryptocurrency and cybersecurity that we held in early May.


A lot is going on within CM1 and we are expanding our team with more employees and we will continue to develop services in order to offer you the best service to prevent money laundering.

Invitation webinar Real Time Monitoring, August 30th.  

Keep track of your real-time transactions through our CM1 RTM (Real Time Monitoring) service. During this webinar, you will see how our Real-time monitoring service works. 


With CM1 software RTM (Real Time Monitoring) it is possible to capture suspicious behavior directly or over a longer period.


By combining this information with analysis of customers' historical information and account profile, CM1's real-time monitoring (RTM) can provide a complete analysis of the customer's transaction pattern that takes into account customer knowledge and risk levels.

Whats going on within CM1

Digital police inquiries
The right of regulation means that you as a credit institution will need to provide a service in order to be able to answer these inquiries from the Police. During the spring, we began to develop this as an additional service to help you as a customer in a cost- and time-efficient way. Do you want to know more contact Sandra Madstedt, sandra.madstedt@softronic.se 


Fuzzy Search

During the spring, we further developed our manual search function.

When you search with the fuzzy search option enabled, the search will return a wider set of names to allow for certain misspellings and misspellings in the search fields. 


During the autumn, we will continue to work on adding more functionality linked to screening.


Support over the summer

CM1 support is available to you at 8:00-5:00 pm and we answer questions related to the service.

During summertime from 4 of July until 12 of August (week 27-32), we would like to bring to your attention that during this time we only handle necessary support.


AML-pub in May

We were happy that we could have our AML Pub in May with topic Cybercrime and Cryptocurrencies. It was a very nice evening with many interesting discussions.
