Welcome to a course about Transaction Monitoring rules. The course is for advanced users.


We start with a theory session where we go through our rule templates and transaction data. Then there will be a practical session where you will learn to write new and change existing rules.

Time: Wednesday, October 19th at 08:30 am – 03:00 pm.
Place: Softronic office, Hammarby kaj 10A
Price: 6995 SEK per person, (tax not included). In the price sandwich, lunch, coffee is included.

The course will only be given i Swedish.

Welcome to CM1’s user evening and social gathering, Thursday 17 November. We thought we’d take the opportunity to invite you as a user of CM1 to an evening with us.


What challenges do you experience with KYC? Come and discuss with us how you wish to work with customer knowledge and how CM1 can help in your work.

Welcome Ingela to CM1


We are happy to announce that Ingela Utter Gille has started in CM1 as a B2B sales manager. Ingela has 15 years of experience working as a business advisor at SEB where she had the strategic and operational responsibility for a client portfolio of various sizes and industries.

She also worked as an trainer in corporate finance and risk analysis.

Upcoming Release notes, 25 oktober


The release on the 25th of October will contain two new features.


The first is that it’s now possible to use CM1s Fuzzy search through CM1 APIs in the same way as the normal search function.


The second new feature is around automation in the KYC area. A first version of automation to create KYC-form cases and automation of notifications by mail for them including reminders of previously sent mails. New functionality to manually visualize KYC-status on customers is implemented. 

In future releases like this will be automated by rules.


You always release notes in the help section in CM1.
